Can I still buy credits?
No. We have disabled credit purchases as part of shutting down Janki. Existing credits can still be used until the service closes.
How do I delete my data?
Email hello@tonicworks.dev with your account email and we will process your deletion request.
Do my existing credits expire?
You can use remaining credits until the service shuts down. After that, unused credits will not be refundable.
What happens to my flashcards?
Your flashcard sets remain accessible for now. Contact us at hello@tonicworks.dev if you would like your data deleted before shutdown.
