Flashcards AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate AI-powered flashcard sets. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate delivery of credits upon purchase, we generally do not provide refunds for credit purchases.
All credit purchases are considered final at the time of transaction completion. Credits are immediately added to your account and become available for use upon successful payment processing.
2. Good Faith Exceptions
While we maintain a no-refund policy as our standard practice, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in good faith. Such considerations may be made in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical issues preventing service access that are attributable to our platform
- Unauthorized transactions or billing errors
